What is Face Yoga?

Face Yoga encompasses face exercise, massage, acupressure, relaxation, and breathing techniques. These techniques help you appear and feel younger and healthier, prevent and reduce fine lines and wrinkles that form from repeated facial expressions, release any tension in the face and neck, and help you feel calm and relaxed.

Face Yoga is completely natural and it costs significantly less to learn the techniques, as compared to having routine Botox injections or fillers in the face. Once you learn Face Yoga, you will essentially have the tools to naturally enhance your appearance.

Meet Mila…

Mila is a lawyer and a certified Face Yoga instructor.

For over 13 years and throughout her education and employment, Mila has practiced many different types of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Bikram, Yin, and Restorative yoga. Becoming a yoga instructor alongside practicing law has always been one of her goals, because of her passion for helping people feel calm, happy, and grounded.

Mila was introduced to Face Yoga via YouTube around late March 2020. She appreciated the Face Yoga techniques because they were in line with her belief in seeking out natural solutions when it comes to our health, body, and skincare. With the extra time she had due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Mila decided that becoming a Face Yoga instructor, and bringing the teachings of the Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method to Toronto for the first time, was an opportune idea!

Details

Mila is currently offering private and group Face Yoga sessions via video call. During these sessions, participants will learn a Face Yoga routine, which will include the 10 Minute Upper Face Workout and the 10 Minute Lower Face Workout, as well as additional exercises, acupressure, massage, and relaxation techniques. Follow up sessions are also available for those that would like further guidance.

  • $100 CAD + HST
  • The first session includes an initial consultation to understand the participant’s skin goals, health, and wellness. Participants will also be provided with a personalized Face
    Yoga routine that they can practice daily.
  • Any follow up sessions will consist of a review of the personalized Face Yoga routine, as well as any adjustments and/or additions to the routine.
1 hour Private Session via video call:
  • $100 CAD + HST
  • The first session includes an initial consultation to understand the participant’s skin goals, health, and wellness. Participants will also be provided with a personalized Face
    Yoga routine that they can practice daily.
  • Any follow up sessions will consist of a review of the personalized Face Yoga routine, as well as any adjustments and/or additions to the routine.
4 X 1 hour Private Sessions via video call:
  • $340 CAD + HST
  • The first session includes an initial consultation to understand the participant’s skin goals, health, and wellness. Participants will also be provided with a personalized Face
    Yoga routine that they can practice daily.
  • The three follow up sessions will consist of a review of the personalized Face Yoga routine, as well as any adjustments and/or additions to the routine.
1-hour Corporate Workshop via video call:
  • Group of 2-6 participants: $150 CAD + HST
  • Group of 9-20 participants: $300 CAD + HST
  • Participants will learn techniques to release stress and tension, calm the mind, and relax tired eyes, all of which can be practiced at their desk during the workday.
1-hour Group Session or Private Event via video call:
  • Group of 2-6 participants: $150 CAD + HST
  • Group of 9-20 participants: $300 CAD + HST
  • Participants will learn the 10 Minute Upper Face Workout and the 10 Minute Lower Face Workout, as well as additional exercises, acupressure, massage, and relaxation techniques.
